The challenge //
WJC was looking for more structure and consistency with their social media. They knew they had a strong offering, but weren’t always sure what to post, what was actually working, or how to show up in a way that felt clear and aligned.
As a result, the content felt a bit scattered, and the brand wasn’t creating the brand awareness or emotional connection needed to get more enquiries from social media.

From there, we built a cohesive visual identity to make the brand more recognisable, and introduced a structured content approach that made showing up feel easier and more consistent. This included a mix of founder-led content to build connection, grounded in the personal story behind the business, alongside educational wellness content to offer value and position expertise, and lifestyle-led visuals to elevate the overall brand feel.
We also refined key profile elements, including pinned posts, to guide new visitors and clearly communicate the offering, especially for those discovering hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the first time.
